Refund policy

Refunds & Exchange

We manufacture and package the products with the highest care. We
don't offer any exchanges, refunds, or returns for things that have
been delivered in excellent condition as a matter of policy.

Replacements

Replacements are provided if the wrong product is delivered or if the
product received has a genuine manufacturing defect. Any products that
arrived in a damaged state due to transit will be replaced. You must
notify us of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving it via
phone, WhatsApp, or email, along with appropriate images and videos of
the products and packaging. We must receive the damaged products
within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation

Requests for cancellations are not accepted.
